We have had the Gutter Helmet system on our gutters for many years now and this past summer the hailstorm did damage to the roof and gutters and we needed to get them replaced. Jack and his crew were very easy to work with and the installer was very helpful with my questions and installed them with no issues. We were having trouble getting our mortgage company to accept the documentation that was being provided and Jack hung in there providing us documents until they finally accepted what we were providing them. They were on time and finished on schedule. I believe this system is the best for the Black Forest area and its pine needles. We normally would have to clean out the gutters at least 2 times per year, usually more. We now do not have to ask for younger volunteers to go up on the roof to clean the gutters. They sent a second person to verify all the repair was done to their consistency high standards. They were patient while my insurance paid the claim.
