We were having trouble getting our mortgage company to accept the documentation that was being provided and Jack hung in there providing us documents until they finally accepted what we were providing them. They were on time and finished on schedule. I believe this system is the best for the Black Forest area and its pine needles. We normally would have to clean out the gutters at least 2 times per year, usually more. We now do not have to ask for younger volunteers to go up on the roof to clean the gutters.
