We have had the Gutter Helmet system on our gutters for many years now and this past summer the hailstorm did damage to the roof and gutters and we needed to get them replaced. We were having trouble getting our mortgage company to accept the documentation that was being provided and Jack hung in there providing us documents until they finally accepted what we were providing them. They were on time and finished on schedule. I believe this system is the best for the Black Forest area and its pine needles. They sent a second person to verify all the repair was done to their consistency high standards. They were patient while my insurance paid the claim.
